WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
What is important for me is the authenticity of the statement not only of the entire production, but also of the individual actors in it. I emphasize collective creation. The members of the ensemble, whether they are children or more mature and experienced young people, are all members of the creative team.
I ask questions, offer, stimulate stimuli, create space for honest and open dialogue, for a joint creative search, together we collect theatrical material by researching the theme, mapping the possibilities that the text, story, theme offers us ... I then select the collected material and at the end of the process I am more firmly in the position of director of the production.
My usual theatrical techniques and means include children's dramatic creativity, all its methods and forms of creation, authorial work, work with the body, with stylization, with internalization.
As far as form is concerned, I am close to the theatrical metaphor, the lyrical poetics of theatrical images, which are based on work with sign, symbol, atmosphere. They use a theatrical acronym, parallel mise-en-scène that intersect. I like a compact theater, where all the components - scenographic, musical, light, acting communicate and complement each other and try to do that in their work. I place the child on the purity of the means of expression, minimalism.

Worked in Jozef Rosinský Elementary Art School in Nitra
I started working in the theater as a teacher at the 1st level at the Primary School in Vinodol. Founding the Rama ensemble and working in it was my leisure activity. I learned from more trained teachers, leaders of theater ensembles - Kamila Ševelová, Alexandra Skořepová, Peter Luptovský. I am close to the poetics of the theater ensemble Teatro Tatro (Ondrej Spišák) and the Pôtoň theater association (Iveta Jurčová, Michal Ditte), I like movement and physical theater (Farma v Jeskyni)
The children, the young people I work with, are a great motivation for me. I am motivated by their openness, courage to be myself, their desire to know and reveal, their effort to overcome themselves, their creativity, their sadness and joy ... their self-doubt, their desires and fears ... it is wonderful when an adult they allow them to be close to the touch when they are entrusted and trusted.
When they are willing to accept and give themselves up ... what more can one want?
Where am I looking for ideas ...
I am inspired by the work of literary authors, directors, theater, films close to me, but often it is also music, concerts, music festivals, or a situation that a person experiences at a bus station or at the box office ... I try not to be afraid to overcome your comfort zone and go to situations where it's on the edge ... sometimes a person is then rewarded with a beautiful experience from an ordinary conversation with a person he previously boxed out just because he was different or "weird".
I enjoy watching ordinary situations. I enjoy spontaneity. I enjoy a lively, often confrontational dialogue.
I work with different age categories - about 10-25 years
